  - Responsible for Laboratory staff for R&D roles
  
  【Job description】(details)
  - Research & study of raw material, process technology, packaging materials, and food safety matter.
  - Development works under manager in lab for our new commercial products, mainly coffee extraction products.
  - Development of new suppliers for our new products.
  - Comply with worldwide regulatory legislation.
  - Sensory and chemical evaluation samples, mainly coffee products.
  - Do the trial running with manager in factory with production team, when we need.
  - Technical Support with manager to Production, QC, QA, SCM, and Sales
  - Communicate with teams and related sections to solute technical issues with managers.
  - Do other tasks assigned by R&D manager.
