    stage and Operation stage.

Trình độ

  • Yêu cầu

    <MUST>
    - Graduated from University with major in Architecture of Building (Civil and Industrial)
    - At least 3 years experience in design or consultant company or General Contractor with experience in design of Civil and Industrial
    - Experience in provision of Documents of Design, Bidding, Vietnam Regulation (QCVN), Vietnam Standard (QCVN such as QCVN 01:2021/BXD, QCVN 06:2022/BXD)
    - Experience in the design of Industrial Projects, especially Factory

    <SKILLS>
    - Ability to work independently as well as teamwork
    - Good design with detailing capabilities
    - Fluent with AutoCAD, Revit, Word, Powerpoint, Lumion, Photoshop
    - Knowledge of SketchUp, 3D Max, Twinmotion, Microsoft Excel

    <PREFER>
    - Communication in Japanese (N3 JLPT)
    - An architecture license would be an advantage
    - Knowledge of B.I.M coordinator would be an advantage
    - Tender Preparation Document would be an advantage
