  <Job Summary＞
  - Design and Development: Lead the design and development of complex JAVA.
  Applications using JAVA and other related technologies. Ensuring the use of best
  coding, testing and deployment practices.
  - Project Leadership: Own the project and define milestones, timelines and
  deliverables. Work closely with project managers, designers and other stakeholders to ensure successful
  project execution.
  - Code Quality and Standards: Maintain high standards of code quality within the development team,
  follow coding standards, conduct code reviews and apply best practices.
  - Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and provide guidance and support to improve their developer capabilities.
  Foster a collaborative and learning-oriented team environment within the company.
  - Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance for maximum speed and
  scalability. Identify and fix bottlenecks in code and database queries.
  - Security: Implement and maintain strong security measures to protect the application.
  Vulnerabilities. Stay up to date with the latest security threats and measures.
  - Integration: Develop and integrate APIs for both internal use and external services.
  Ensure seamless data exchange between applications and other systems.
  - Testing: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans.
