  - Responsible for managing QA department
  
  【Job description】
  - Develop quality goals and policies and implement quality policies
  - Develop quality improvement control processes to prevent non-conformities arising during the production process
  - Organize supervision and inspection of product quality during the production process, request the implementation of measures to overcome and prevent incidents in production that affect product quality.
  - Handle quality problems of input materials and finished products
  - Responsible for monitoring and checking samples and declaring product quality.
  - Responsible for controlling and approving the quality of exported goods
  - Develop, organize, implement and deploy training plans, evaluate and improve the system.
  - Manage, operate and promote activities of the ISO 9001&14001 system
  - Inspect and supervise the implementation, maintenance and improvement of quality activities in departments, ensuring the implementation process is consistent with applicable standards.
  - Responsible for responding to ISO audits and external customers
  - Organize and conduct supplier evaluation
  - Organize internal assessments and advise relevant departments on corrective and preventive measures.
  - Monitor customer complaints and identify customer reactions related to product quality
  - Control and monitor internal activities to prevent repeat serious complaints.
  - Synthesize analysis to create a plan to control complaints to deploy in the system to prevent complaints.
  - Organize quality meetings, error prevention meetings, leadership review meetings,...
  - Ensure measuring equipment and instruments are always maintained and in good working condition, calibrated on time
  - Advise the Board of Directors on the quality management system and organization, management and supervision of the Company's quality management system
