【Job Summary】
- Responsible for guide and lead our entire software development business at YRGLM VIETNAM.
- This position focuses on organizational management, training, team management, and establishing strategic goals to
grow the organization from a scale 40 people to approximately 100 people
【Job description】
1. Organizational Management:
- Direct the organizational structure in line with the company's growth and improve the level of the organization with your own specialized field. (PM Management/QCQA Management etc...)
- Establish and maintain management processes to optimize organizational performance
- Lead the development and implementation of strategies to scale the organization from 40 to 100 people
- Build the management process and manage on-site in order to withstand organizational expansion with Chairman/CEO/CTO
2. Team Management and Training:
- Recruit, manage, and develop staff to ensure effective contribution towards common goals
- Design and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team (especially your own specialized field)
- Initiate and propose solutions to improve work performance and team cohesion within the organization
- Train the next trainer candidates to promote training at the company
3. Strategy and Vision:
- Contribute to the development of long-term vision and growth strategy for the company
- Direct and manage the implementation of strategic goals, ensuring all projects and activities support the overall objectives of the organization
4. Project Management:
- Support and oversee project managers in executing major company projects
- Ensure projects are carried out according to established processes, timelines, and objectives
- Not only project but also design, implement, and improve organizational management processes

Yêu cầu
<MUST>
- University degree, preferably in IT field
- Good communication in Japanese (from N2 level)
- At least 10 years experience in the industry
- At least 5 years experience in the PM or QC/QA Management
- More than 3 years of management experience with 20 or more members (Sufficient experience in human resource development and human resource evaluation is required)
- Experience in managing a company of 20 or more people
- Experience in presentation to executives of Japanese or overseas companies
- Management knowledge such as having experience in PL responsibility for own department
- Experience in building and executing long-term organizational strategies
- Ability to design and implement effective training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Strong strategic mindset with the capability to set and achieve visionary goals
- Wide network of contacts
