  <Job Summary>
  One of our clients, which is a Japanese manufacturing firm is looking for "Internal System Engineer".
  They have established a new factory, which will be up and running.
  In order to keep the factory's systems in good working order, the company is developing an internal network environment and production management tools.
  They are currently dealing with a systems company and would like to hire this position in the future and let them implement the IT system.

  <Job description>
  1. Construction and maintenance of in-house (in-plant) IT infrastructure
  - Design, construction, and maintenance of internal networks, servers, and storage
  2. Development, operation and maintenance of business systems (production management systems)
  - Implementation and operational management of ERP, MES, SCM, and other systems related to production management and quality control
  3. Internal Security Management
  - Formulate information security policies, control access, respond to audits, and promote security enhancements
  4. Data analysis and report preparation
  - Collect and analyze production and quality control data to support the operations of administrative and manufacturing departments

  - Network management: LAN/WAN design and management, VPN, Wi-Fi configuration, etc.
  - Server management: Windows Server, Linux installation, configuration and maintenance
  - Database management: Building and operating databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, etc.
