    【Job Summary】
    - Responsible for working as a SMT Technical Manager

    【Job description (details)】
    - Perform all technical tasks required to operate SMT equipment and production lines.
    - Develop and promote improvement plans such as improving production line processing capacity and productivity
    - Adjust equipment, design molds, and adjust with each manufacturer according to product specifications
    - Develop maintenance plans and promote occupational safety measures and environmental management systems according to ISO
    - Review and evaluate the skills and work efficiency of subordinates to present to the Company's Board of Directors.
    - Other tasks as directed by the director.

    - Good communication in Japanese (N3 Advanced)
    - Minimum of 5 years Management experience (preferably in the field of Electronic Equipment Maintenance)

    - Strong experience in SMT and experience related to process control in factories related to electricity, electronics, mechanics,...
