  <Job Summary>
  This company is a plant engineering firm primarily involved in the construction of power plants and substations.
  They are currently looking for a new engineer to work on a new “thermal power plant” construction project.

  1. Construction and Project Management
  - Understand project objectives and expectations
  - Preparation of proposals and specifications
  - Budget estimation, procurement and process control
  - Review project contract and understand scope of services
  - Coordinate closely with project stakeholders to achieve project outcome
  - Create project plans, objectives, timelines and resource needs
  - Identify project risks and create mitigation strategies for all stages
  - Facilitate clear communication among project stakeholders
  - Monitor project progress and make adjustments to meet objectives
  - Safeguard the project quality, safety and environment standards
  - Perform tasks as directed by the company from time to time
  
  2. Maintenance operation and inspection
  - Regularly check the operation of the power plant
  - Periodic inspection of electricity, air conditioning, boilers, and other equipment in the power plant
  - Travel within Vietnam and to Japan as needed
