    General development work for the business growth of the head office products
    - Developing products in collaboration with head office (Japan) and overseas offices (Malaysia).
    - Execute the following roles as a middle manager
    - Execution and promotion of departmental strategies
    - Cultivation and management of subordinates, including managers
    - Problem solving in subordinate organizations in cooperation with the Japan head office manager
    - Liaison between management and employees in the field
