  - Lead the mechanical design team, ensuring projects are on time and meet quality standards.
  - Design and develop mechanical products as needed.
  - Improve designs for automated machines.
  - Approve drawings and standards before production.
  - Train the team to boost skills and performance.
  - Work with other departments to improve processes.
  - Track project progress, handle risks, and solve issues.
  - Report team activities and results to management.
