    1. Developing Recruitment Strategies
    - Plan and implement recruitment strategies based on the company's short-term and long-term workforce needs.
    - Collaborate with departments to forecast hiring needs and propose suitable recruitment solutions.
    - Develop employer branding and leverage modern communication technologies for recruitment marketing.
    - Plan and manage recruitment budgets effectively.

    2. Managing the Recruitment Process
    - Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting, screening, and interviewing to onboarding.
    - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
    - Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.

    3. Developing Candidate Pipelines
    - Build and maintain relationships with recruitment partners, universities, training centers, and job platforms.
    - Develop a database of potential candidates and leverage technology for sourcing and managing talent pools.

    4. Leading the Recruitment Team
    - Assign tasks, monitor performance, and support recruiters to maximize efficiency.
    - Train and develop recruitment team members, fostering a dynamic and professional work environment.

    5. Reporting & Analysis
    - Provide regular reports on recruitment effectiveness, success rates, and hiring costs.
    - Analyze and improve recruitment processes to enhance candidate quality and hiring efficiency.

    [Mandatory Requirements]

    1. Education & Experience
    - Bachelor's degree or higher.
    - At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a team leader or equivalent management role.

    2. Professional Skills
    - Deep understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and modern hiring techniques.
    - Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
    - Proficiency in HR management software and online recruitment platforms.

    3. Soft Skills
    - Fluent in English (equivalent to TOEIC 700+) or Japanese (equivalent to N2).
    - Strong leadership and team management skills.
    - Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
    - Strategic thinking with strong data analysis and evaluation skills.
    [Preferred Qualifications]
    - Candidates with a degree in Human Resources Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred.
    - Preference for candidates with experience in manufacturing companies or foreign enterprises.
    - Candidates proficient in both English and Japanese are highly valued.
