Assign work, urge them to complete assigned work;• Evaluating ideas of staffs and then make selective decisions;• Proposing a plan to help improve the working efficiency of the design department;• Planning and monitoring the progress of assigned projects;• Evaluating and reporting design progress of each project to the Board of Directors;• Performing other tasks within the functions and duties of the design department;
