【Job Summary】- Performing the work on HSE【Main responsibilities】 1. Duties:- Develop and monitor the implementation of environmental, health, and safety regulations within the company based on current regulations, internal regulations of the company and the owner;- Prepare and submit reports related to safety, health, and the environment as required by law;- Update legal documents on safety, health, and the environment and collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with the law and relevant standards;- Maintain records and liaise on safety, health, and environmental issues with government agencies, customers, and internal company departments when required;- Support and guide employees and other departments on issues related to safety, health, and the environment;- Perform other tasks as management requests.2. Safety:- Develop and implement safety procedures;- Identify hazards and assess risks for each area and task, and propose control measures;- Create a training, supervision, and reminder plan to ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and rules, and coordinate with other departments for fire prevention and fighting training;- Investigate, document, and report safety incidents;- Manage records and equipment related to fire prevention and fighting;- Handle registration and periodic inspection of machinery and equipment as required by law;- Plan and organize safety training courses (internal and external) for company employees in accordance with legal requirements;3.
