MỤC ĐÍCH CÔNG VIỆC: Quản lý công nhân bộ phận chất lượng, vận hành hoạt động tốt và hiệu quảCHI TIẾT:1. Xây dựng, triển khai, vận hành kế hoạch quản lý chất lượng theo tiêu chuẩn BRC, HALAL2. Quản lý hệ thống tiêu chuẩn sản phẩm, quy trình, tiêu chuẩn chất lượng của công ty và khách hàng3. Lập các kế hoạch, đánh giá chất lượng sản phẩm định kỳ, báo cáo4. Đánh giá và xác nhận sự phù hợp sản xuất trong phạm vi quản lí chất lượng, sự phù hợp của nguyên vật liệu đầu vào6. Quản lý vi sinh, ngoại vật thành phẩm, nguồn nước, vệ sinh cá nhân, nguyên vật liệu, vi sinh các thiết bị, máy móc, vệ sinh nhà xưởng7. Quản lý các hoạt động của phòng thí nghiệm, máy móc và các trang thiết bị liên quan bảo đảm chất lượng luôn ở trong điều kiện tốt, an toàn khi sử dụng8. Tham gia đối ứng với phàn nàn khách hàng, điều tra nguyên nhân, đưa ra biện pháp phòng ngừa và theo dõi đánh giá hiệu quả của biện pháp phòng ngừa9. Phụ trách các hoạt động lấy mẫu, kiểm nghiệm, kiểm tra các nguyên vật liệu, bán thành phẩm, thành phẩm, không khí, nguồn nước…..10. Liên hệ với các đơn vị bên ngoài liên quan đến kiểm nghiệm, hiệu chuẩn định kì của sản phẩm, máy móc thiết bị11. Quản lý côn trùng trong và ngoài nhà máy12. Quản lý nhân viên quản lý chất lượng, đào tạo năng lực cho cấp dưới, điều hành công việc, phân bổ nhân sự trong bộ phận đảm bảo hoàn thành công việc được giao13. Huấn luyện nội bộ định kỳ cho công nhân viên liên quan đến an toàn thực phẩm14. Phụ trách chuẩn bị hồ sơ, đón tiếp bên thứ 3 hoặc khách hàng đánh giá nhà máy15. Đề xuất/ tư vấn cho cấp trên cải tiến liên quan đến chất lượng sản phẩm, các công đoạn sản xuất, máy móc có ảnh hưởng đến chất lượng
