  One of our clients, which is a Manufacturing Company, is now looking for HR Manager.
  
  【Job details】
  - Build up training and development department/ appraisal salary.
  - Innovative HR’s policies & strengthen talent retention activities
  - Building the company's organizational structure
  - All aspects of employee salaries, bonuses, salary increases, and personal income tax
  - All aspects of employee benefits
  - Coordinating with various departments to hold company training and events
  - Handling all human resource issues
  - Maintenance of company regulations in accordance with the law
  - Share and instruct employees to comply with legal regulations and company rules
  - Recruitment activities based on departmental preferences
  - Prepare relevant documents and licenses for government audits, and support the audit team
  - Prepare, implement, and audit plans for public safety, occupational safety, occupational health, and firefighting
  - Communicate director's decisions to all employees and departments, and execute them in cooperation with each department
  - Other tasks assigned by the Director
