• Provides primarily presales for the customer, engage with the customer with the sales, capture customer business challenges and transform into technical solutions, create the proposal for the customer, and build solution cost for the sales. This role is to pursuit the deals with sales throughout bid process. • Uses in-depth solution knowledge of, Server, Cloud(Azure, AWS and Local Could),WAN, WiFi of Cisco/Cisco Meraki, SDWAN of Cisco, Fortinet, and Factory Infrastructure like Camera, TA, and Security Door to provide technical expertise to sales staff and the customer through sales presentations and solution demonstrations. • Assists the sales staff in assessing potential application of company solutions to meet customer needs and may prepare detailed solution specifications for the development and implementation of customer solutions. • May create detailed design and implementation specifications for complex solutions. • May build a lab to demonstrate the feasibility of solution demo for a client. • May provide consultation to prospective users. • May require business travel to visit the customer site Principal Responsibilities • Technical Architects take responsibility for specifying and designing solutions based on Senior level engineer instruction of their technical expertise across one or more technology domains including networking or Server as primary. • The individual in this position takes responsibility for the successful overall technical design and build of the custom elements of the solution to meet a client’s business requirements. • Also, solution enablement for the factory infrastructure to make infrastructure business optimized. • 25% workload is expected to contribute to the service organization to support the customer for communication and trouble shooting after pre-sales phase.
