    One of our clients, which is a IT Company, is now looking for an Accountant.

    - Tasks related to specified checking payment documents, bank payments and other banking transactions.
    - As accounts payable, it requires making payment in a timely manner and making bookings with GL accurately and timely.
    - Ensure compliance with company regulations and instructions from management.
    - Support for performing internal accounting records for the company.
    - Handling of tax and audit-related matters
    - Confirmation of invoices and receipts, sales, payments, and deposits
    - Company cash flow calculation, Cash management
    - Documents management, Contract (You need to take care of all of the documents related to the company)
    - Payment overdue reports.
    - Corporate with external auditors.
    - Other tasks as assigned by the chief accountant.

资格

  • 应征条件

    ■Requirements
    [Must]
    - Bachelor's degree
    - Japanese Skill: N2 or Upper (Need to have meetings with HQ in Tokyo online in Japanese)
    - More than 1 year of experience as an accountant staff

    [Prefer]
    - Working experience in Japan is preferred.
    - Who can handle financial reports (including balance sheet, business performance report, P&L) as required by director
    - Who has an experience of a corporation with external auditors.
    - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
    - Good communication and interpersonal skills
