    <Job Summary>
    This position will be primarily responsible for import/export operations.
    In addition, as a key person in the company, you will be expected to be involved in a variety of other tasks.

    <Job description (details)>
    1. Trading operations (70%)
    - Responsible for managing tasks related to sales from Import/Export
    - Communicate Japanese, Vietnamese, and MNC companies
    - Negotiating with the factory and customers
    - Handle other tasks in logistics operations (Customs clearance, transportation, warehousing etc.)

    2. General affairs (30%)
    - Translation/Interpretation (Japanese ⇔ Vietnamese)
    - Management of contracts and invoices
    - Support work for Japanese members
    - Employment support for foreign employees
    * Visa and work permit procedures and management, etc
    - Handling of visitors
    - Other tasks assigned by Japanese GD

资格

  • 应征条件

    <Must>
    - Japanese: N2 Intermediate Level
    - English: Conversational Level (Able to communicate by e-mail)
    - At least 3 years of experience in import/export operations in logistics company

    <Prefer>
    - Extensive knowledge and experience in international trade operations
    - Have experience working for a Japanese logistics company
    - Have experience studying or working in Japan
    - Have experience in processing working VISA and work permit for foreign employees
