  Responsible for Assembly Manager.
  
  【Job description】
  - Manage and oversee 8 Line Leaders to ensure smooth production operations.
  - Assign weekly production plans from Production Control to each assembly line.
  - Provide guidance and training to Line Leaders to ensure adherence to work instructions and production standards.
  - Supervise and support employees in assembly work, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  - Monitor and improve productivity, quality, and workflow on the production floor.
  - Communicate with the Japanese Factory Manager in Japanese (N3 level required).
  - Participate in meetings with factories in Japan and China, using an interpreter when necessary.
  - Maintain discipline and a safe working environment for the team.
  - Other tasks will be assigned by manager.
