    【Job Summary】
    - Responsible for sales activities

    【Job description】
    - Act as key account with customers on sales budget, sales forecast, sales channel operation, sales support, sales review;
    - Corporate with Accounting team to follow distributor’s account receivable;
    - Search, survey, study the market information and have ideas about Sales & Marketing plan to support customers/ distributors to expand sales channels and increase the sales volume as well as fulfill/achieve the company’s allocated target;
    - Coordinate with Marketing/Production/ Logistics team to monitor purchase orders, keeping track of purchase orders;
    - Making weekly/ monthly/ timely report as request
    - Maintain regular contact with customers by exchanging information through telephone, fax, e-mail, customers visit and by following-up to ensure problems or claims are solved/ corrected in a timely manner;
    - Manage After-sales support activities by following-up Purchase orders to ensure satisfactory completion of contract terms (requirements, delivery, payment schedule, etc.) and by troubleshooting problems in a timely manner;
    - Periodically conduct market survey on competitors/ pricing/ products…
    - Organize seminars, incentive tours and meeting for customers/ distributors
    - Keep BOD reported by identifying strengths and weaknesses of processes and recommend changes;
    - Other tasks assigned by Sales Manager & BOD.

资格

  • 应征条件

    <MUST>
    - Graduated from College or University with any major
    - Minimum of 3 years experience in Sales position of visible products, priority in Lubricants, Tire, Battery, Spare Part, FMCG or experience in Key Account
    - Fluent in English (from Upper Intermediate level) high sense of communication
    - Familiar with work for foreign company, have experienced in managing and supporting B2C & B2B Distribution Channels
    - Able to travel for business trips

    <SKILLS>
    - Proficient in Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point)
    - Good communication and negotiation skill

    <PREFER>
    - Knowledge of lubricants or chemical is a plus.
    - Communicate in Japanese is an advantage
