  • Job Description

    • Identify or take over the prospect from account sales, fully accountable for closing solution deal.
    • Develop new prospects by collaborating and/or directly visiting listed customers to discover their potential needs.
    • Achieve assigned sales targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, assigned geography or account base.
    • Analyze and qualify customer requirements to propose solutions that meet their business needs.
    • Propose complex solution products & services, potentially involving cross-functional and cross-service elements.
    • Present and document solutions to customers, participate in solution discovery and kick-off meetings with customer.
    • Collaborate with customers and internal teams (Solution consultants, business analysts, project delivery, professional services).
    • Submit weekly and monthly sales report and forecast to line manager.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    {MUST}

    - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
    - At least 3 years working for It department.
    - At least 6 months - 1 year working as IT Sales Solution.
    - English: At least Intermediate level.
    - Knowledge of general Computer Network, Operating System, Virtualization
    - Having experience in Management, Implement, Configuration, Support of DMS/ECM, ERP, CRM, RPA
    - A detailed technical and customer-relevant understanding of all provided solutions
    - Ability to engage internal and external customers quickly and professionally to deliver a superlative customer experience
    - Strong customer management skills
    - Abiliy to develop and maintain excellent skills within the business solution domain continuosly
    - Ability of utilizing common language and a communication style tailored to the receiver’s level of understanding
    - Strong communication and presentation skill.
    - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


    {PREFER}
    - Utilizing strong scripting skills in well-known languages or similar scripting skills for C/C++ or Java programming.
