  - At least 2 years of experience in Enterprise IT environment as IT Network, IT Solutiion engineer.
  - English: At least Intermediate level.
  - Knowledge of general computer network, Operating Systems
  - A detailed technical and customer-relevant understanding of all provided solutions
  - Strong customer management skills
  - Manage and deliver projects on schedule, with a high level of customer satisfaction
  - Continuously develop and maintain excellent skills within the business solutions domain in FBVN.
  - Strong communication skills – spoken, written
