    - Obtaining quotations to the head office in Japan based on customer quotations
    - Manage the preparation of quotations for customers.

    - Manage the preparation of contracts with customers.
    - Management of the arrangements for the intermediary
    - Preparation of shipping documents
    - Manage payment from customers
    - Manage the payment to the head office in Japan.
    - Monthly expense and income/expense report by project
    - Develop new dealers and end-users for the industrial machinery chain
    - The other tasks assigned by the Japanese Manager.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ＜Must＞
    - Japanese: N2 Intermediate level.
    - More than 2 years of working experience and willing to do sales tasks.
    - Willing to visit the client.
    - Willing to go on a business trip.

    ＜Prefer＞
    - Having working experience in a Japanese company.
    - More than 2 years of BtoB sales experience.
