    - Report to Japanese director
    - Monitor and control related activities.
    - Deal with arising damage.
    - Plan to develop and improve the regulatory process related to the purchase.
    - Negotiate with suppliers about price, quality, performance, etc
    - Negotiate and Keep relationships with suppliers
    - Create and maintain good relationships with suppliers
    - Control the quality and timely shipment of purchased goods
    - Prepare contract
    - Prepare documents to report to Japanese Manager
    - Check the collect information that subordinate submit
    - Other tasks as assigned by the Manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    - Graduated from University with major in Economics
    - At least 2 years of experience as Head of Purchasing Department (foreign and domestic)
    - 5 years experience in purchasing
    - Good communication in Japanese (N2 Intermediate level) and English (Intermediate level)
    - Know how to use SAP software

    <PREFER>
    - Priority is given to candidates living in Binh Duong
