【Job Summary】- Responsible for managing Purchasing department【Job description】- Plan purchasing activities, adjust requirements to suit actual requirements- Contact domestic and foreign suppliers, analyze prices to find reputable suppliers and the best prices- Contact import/export/customs, perform paperwork and customs clearance procedures to conduct purchasing/importing goods from abroad- Evaluate, update and maintain orders until completion- Search and develop more quality suppliers for the company on a monthly/quarterly basis- Closely monitor estimates by order/month/quarter/year (purchasing processes and costs)- Support employees in negotiating and resolving problems with partners, departments, finding the best suppliers in terms of quality, price, payment terms, etc.- Work with relevant departments when developing new products or improving existing products: R&D, Finance, Human Resources, Production, Technical,…- Monitor work progress, periodically report work status to the General Director- Make monthly/quarterly/yearly budget reports- Other tasks assigned by superiors 【Company/Job Attraction】- Professional, dynamic working environment - The opportunity to work in a large corporation- Receive 400% salary when working on holidays- Off on company founding day, May 2.- Bonus twice a year at the end of the year and April (13th month bonus, capacity evaluation bonus, seniority bonus)- Salary increase review twice a year.
