    【Job Summary】
    - Responsible for supporting to engineering and manufacturing to ensure that the technical integrity and performance of processes complies with the Iguacu’s requirements on GMP, HACCP, and HSE. Initiate, drive, and coordinate any continuous improvement and implementation of new processes/technologies

    【Main responsibilities】
    - Manage and coordinate the introduction and implementation of new processes/technologies.
    - Ensure that all the process equipment is hygienically designed and easy to clean thereby preventing such hazards as microbiological, chemical, and physical contamination.
    - Manage and control all databases related to process engineering.
    - Drive the correction of process-related product quality and/or operational performance deviations.
    - Assist and promote the development of a competent and effective workforce.
    - Develop equipment design standard equipment, process, and execute the mechanical design tasks in line with legal requirements and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Mechatronics, or Process Engineering
    - At least 3 years experience in a technical field
    - Communication in English (Intermediate level)
    - Knowledge of involved areas /utilities process/equipment/quality tools
    - Knowledge of mechanical, maintenance, and standardization of engineering, utility
    - Knowledge of AutoCAD or SolidWorks, able to generate engineering drawings.
    - Knowledge of mechanics, vacuum system, piping system, mechanical structure, and equipment maintenance

    <Skills>
    - Ability with Windows tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    - Safety and firefighting training
    - Synthesis and problem-solving
    - Math and computer knowledge are needed for mechanical, utility systems

    <Prefer>
    - Food manufacturing or consumer goods industry technical experience
