  【What you will be working on】
  ■Responsibilities:
  - Technical Support: Provide technical explanations and demonstrations of products and services to customers.
  - Customer Needs Analysis: Understand customer requirements and propose optimal solutions.
  - Proposal Preparation: Create proposals, quotations, and technical documents for products and services.
  - Project Management: Support project progress and coordinate between customers and internal teams.
  - Technical Training: Conduct training sessions for customers and instruct them on product usage.
  - Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitor products and services to offer competitive proposals.
  - Customer Support: Respond to inquiries and troubleshoot issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
  - Other tasks will be assigned by manager
