  - Assist in communication with foreign staff on the factory floor
  - Translate technical documents and manuals
  - Translate documentation related to manufacturing processes (ISO...)
  - Facilitate smooth communication among internal and external stakeholders.
  - Identify and resolve communication issues
  - Other tasks assigned by Japanese Manager
