  • Job Description

    • Legal affairs
    - Contracts review, advice and negotiation with related parties.
    - Provide legal consultation for business activities and other relevant aspects.
    - Work with Govt authorities for company procedures & compliance to laws
    - Review the implementation of Corporate compliance policies & procedures.
    - Conduct Compliance training for internal needs.
    - Implement activities for promoting compliance culture

    • Corporate Governance & Risk Management
    - Support in building a strong corporate governance system in place
    - Assess Compliance & operational risks for countermeasures

    • Other supporting tasks relating to Legal and compliance as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Bachelor degree of Law
    • Fluent English
    • Having at least 5-year experience in doing Legal affairs
    • Having legal experience in the manufacturing industry
    • Working experience in sales, manufacturing environment and business activities like marketing, customs, supply chains, etc. will be preferred.
    • Communication, planning skills.
    • Good computer skill especially Powerpoint .
    • Can travel to Binh Duong according to job requirements (with company's shuttle bus)
