Job Description
【Job Summary】- Responsible for playing a role as a communication bridge between the developing teams in Vietnam and Japan to grow our business and Digitalization of the Construction industry dynamically. Working in a squad model alongside a product manager and small agile teams, you will be involved in all project phases, from design and development to testing, deployment, operation, and maintenance.【Main responsibilities】- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within scope.- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.- Delegate project tasks based on members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience.- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.- Report and escalate to management as needed. - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. - Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. - Meet with the Japan team to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.- Ensure resource availability and allocation. 【Company/Job Attraction】- Full benefits package- Good career advancement opportunities- Opportunity to work with modern technologies and frameworks in a dynamic international environment.
