    【Job Summary】
    Responsible for Customer success leader

    【Main responsibilities】
    ‐Identify and address customers' core needs, and create and execute success plans (onboarding plans, schedules, etc.).
    - Support smooth service implementation and operations (conduct meetings with contract companies, provide ANDPAD usage training, etc.).
    - Understand decision-makers, decision-making processes, and develop scenarios for renewal until the next update, while working autonomously towards agreement on updates.
    - Collaborate with Account Managers and other teams for onboarding activities with large-scale customers.
    - Discover new onboarding methods and product use cases, share insights with the Customer Success team and sales, and provide feedback to development and product teams.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ＜Best＞　It's good that you have experience with either.
    ‐ Have at least 3 years experience in sales of cloud business applications
    - Have at least 3 years experience Pre-sales or Sales Account Manager or Project Manager in IT industry.
    ( It means you need to do catching the client what they want, and make proposal )

    ＜Must＞
    ‐English: Upper-Intermediate Level
    ‐At least 5 years Solution sales experience in intangible products.(Such as merketing, consluting, cloud service, SaaS and so on)
    ‐A hospitality minded individual (you has motivation of more attentive to the customer's needs)
    - Interested in construction tech

    ＜Prefer＞
    - Experience of working in Japanese company
    - Japanese N2 level
