  - Responsible for supporting on tasks in Datacenter such as web server, Windows/Linux based servers, network devices, Virtual platform and many other application server and activities which help our IT system can be operated smoothly

  - Act as point of contact to receive request from user or other department related business to support in timely manner and ensuring services are available and reliable to meet business expectation.
  - Maintain hardware, software and support other activities such as upgrade hardware, server setup and component configuration, connectivity problems..etc
  - Manages work request by user and follow-up promptly
  - Working closely with other teams eg: ERP(SAP), Development , Solution Team, Data Center… and Business Unit to ensure issues and requests are addressed timely.
  - Assist business users in gathering requirement and preparation of Change Request application.
  - Automation maintenance tasks
  - Support project inside corporation.
  - Update system documentation and training documents/user manual
  - Provide training to users or junior members in team
