  - Demonstrates financial products and marketing researches, and financial and consulting services as deemed necessary by clients and management
  - Makes outgoing customer calls or cold calls to schedules appointments and meetings
  - Makes financial product, marketing skills and accounting knowledge readily available to self and colleagues through various resources
  - Analyzes financial statements including cash flow, net profit, expenditures, and revenues to find problematic areas
  - Together with management, sets marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues, business partners, investors, banks, and other professionals to implement business strategies across multiple channels
  - Together with management, develops marketing strategies and approaches for various financial products and marketing research and consulting services, such as Mezzanine Fund, Real Estate Fund, Private Equity Fund and Vietnamese-Japanese Joint Venture Business
  - Deals with questions and requests from domestic and foreign clients, including but not limited to Japanese investors, about financial products and marketing research and consulting services benefits
  - Together with management, meets sales & marketing team’s goals to maximize profits, by analyzing trends, data, demographics, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance on the target projects and businesses
  - Travels to different job locations as required, including but not limited to the project construction site
  - Creates and presents regular marketing reports or asset management report to business partners, clients, and investors in English
  - Conducts business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with financial products and marketing research and consulting services, including monitoring business of asset management on real estate projects for investors
  - Researches potential target industries trends and patterns, business partners, and clients
  - Studies competition/competitors to find new ways to acquire new clients and retain existing clients
  - Acts as point of contact for complaints and tries to resolve issues as appropriate
  - Interprets Vietnamese language for Japanese management or Japanese customers when necessary
  - Supports basic accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking in English for Japanese clients
  - Supports budgeting and bookkeeping procedures by communicating with outside accountants/auditors in English for Japanese clients
  - Make a financial model by excel, review investment analysis, assess financial status on the project/company, and evaluate credit risks
  - Calculate investment returns and risks by running a financial model, Monitor investment exposure and project progress
