  <Job summary>
  You will be in charge of contract matter (Manage project relating with contract).
  
  <Detail>
  - Main job is that Negotiate with client/contractor about contract.
  - Creation of new contract and review of contents
  - Documentation
  - Identify and organize legal issues for the new business (Related electric power sale, construction, authorization and so on)
  - Communication with government
  - Development and review of internal regulations
  - Cooperate internally including Hanoi member
  - Other legal procedures as necessary
  - Other task will be assigned by manager.
