    【Job Summary】
    - Responsible for management the HR-GA department

    【Job description】(details)
    - Manage, monitor, and be responsible for HR, GA, and ISO14001 operations.
    - Plan and execute tasks related to investment license adjustments, business registration certificates, and other relevant environmental and fire prevention permits.
    - Plan and execute tasks related to foreign employees, such as immigration procedures, work permits, and temporary residence cards.
    - Plan and implement ISO14001, fire prevention, occupational safety, rewards, and employee evaluation.
    - Draft, update, and provide guidance to employees on company regulations, labor agreements, democratic regulations, salary–bonus policies, performance evaluations, and other internal policies.
    - Set up and update the salary scale, new employee salaries, and offer letters.
    - Establish and update the company’s organizational chart and annual schedule.
    - Issue decisions and notifications to implement tasks according to company policies and as requested by the General Director.
    - Control and monitor departments implementing MBO.
    - Organize and monitor activities related to training and talent development.
    - Be responsible for procedures and tasks related to domestic and overseas business trips.
    - Assist with the procedures for Japanese employees on business trips.
    - Organize, supervise, and manage company events and team-building activities.
    - Plan and implement annual training.
    - Respond to and report to state agencies during inspections and audits.
    - Provide translation and interpretation support related to your responsibilities, as well as company and corporate policies.
    - Report to the General Director.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - At least 5 years experience in General Affairs, Human Resources, and ISO14001 at the management level
    - Fluent in Japanese from N2 level
    - Knowledgeable about Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, Fire Protection Law, Occupational Safety and Health Law, Environmental Law, Personal Income Tax regulations, medical equipment regulations, and other relevant regulations related to the position.

    <Prefer>
    - Lining in Bien Hoa, HCM
    - Experience in the same industry
