• Job Description

  - Ensure the implementation of quality control of goods in the factory and before delivery;
  - Establish quality assessment standards according to the quality requirements of each customer;
  - Manage the quality standards of customers;
  - Check the quality of goods imported/exported to/from NPMO warehouse and report immediately when errors are detected;
  - Establish a quality training program for the units;
  - Establish instructions for the use of measuring and quality control tools;
  - Request to stop production when there are quality problems that require customer consultation or according to quality standards that need to be stopped.
  - Advise superiors on quality-related issues;
  - Investigate and report on quality-related errors;
  - Record history of quality errors, non-conforming products;
  - Implement quality standard guidelines;
  - Perform other tasks assigned by the General Director;
  - Implement periodic or ad hoc reporting plans as required by the Department Head.
