  One of our clients, which is a Manufacturing Company, is now looking for an Technical Manager.
  
  【Job detail】
  - Improve and develop machinery, and apply automation technology to production.
  - Analyze machinery and equipment used in production to improve efficiency.
  - Introduce automation technology to optimize processes and reduce costs.
  - Develop and design new machines and tools to increase productivity.
  - Modify existing equipment if necessary to add functions or improve performance.
  - Plan and execute improvement projects, guiding the team to achieve goals.
  - Monitor progress, manage schedules, and control budgets.
  - Analyze risks in production processes and machinery operation, and propose solutions.
  - Ensure designs and operations meet ISO standards and safety regulations.
  - Provide safety training to staff if needed.
  - Other tasks as assigned by superiors.
