Job Description
【Job Summary】- Support communication and information exchange between the Japanese BOD and employees/managers who do not speak English.- Carry out daily HR tasks, including recruitment, training, and ensuring compliance with labor laws while maintaining a professional work environment.【Job description】1. INTERPRETER - On-Site Interpretation (Internal Meetings & Partner Meetings)- Document Translation (Translate documents, reports, contracts, emails, and other related materials between Vietnamese and Japanese)- Government Liaison: Support interactions with foreign agencies, including customs, visa applications, or other administrative procedures (if required)2. RECRUITMENT - Develop and implement recruitment plans based on the company's staffing needs.- Post job advertisements, screen applications, organize and conduct interviews - Coordinate with department heads in selecting candidates.3. HR TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT- Human resource training planning- Training program design (develop content and select appropriate training methods)- Training program organization & implementation - Report training results and suggest program improvements.- Establish an internal training system and develop a team of in-house trainers.- Career development planning (work with department managers to design career paths and personal development programs for employees)- Onboarding training 4. POLICIES & PROCEDURES- Development & updating policies and procedures relating to HR issues and of other Departments within the Company. - Conduct periodic reviews of existing policies to identify and rectify any inconsistencies or outdated provisions.- Coordinate with department managers to develop and update regulations, policies, job descriptions, and specific workflows for each department, ensuring compliance and alignment with the company's overall policies and business operations.- Track the execution of HR policies and others within the company to ensure compliance with regulations. Propose adjustments or replacements for ineffective procedures.- Updating and Researching Laws about changes and amendments to the Labor Code, Social Insurance Law, Occupational Safety and Health Law, and other related regulations)- Carry out the registration process for the Company’s Labor regulations, Collective Labor Agreement with the Department of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs.5. EMPLOYEE RELATIONS- Collaborate in preparing information related to organizing activities such as birthday greetings, company parties, and long-service employee recognition ceremonies).- Coordinate the preparation of venues, logistics, and communication for internal activities. - Surveys and evaluations (collect feedback after events to improve and enhance the quality of future organization.【Company/Job Attraction】- Work in an international, dynamic and friendly environment- Full benefits package
