    <Responsible>
    Management and promotion of all back office operations (mainly accounting).

    <Job Summary＞
    - Carrying out daily bookkeeping and payment operations
    - Establishing business processes to improve organizational efficiency
    - Preparing monthly and annual financial reports for parent companies, auditors, and tax authorities
    - Calculating and filing various taxes (corporate tax, value-added tax, foreign contractor tax, personal income tax)
    - Preparing labor contracts
    - Calculating salaries and social insurance
    - Office equipment management
    - Other task will be assigned by manager.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - English skills:Have score IELTS6.5 or TOEIC820～870 or higher or Japanese skills: N2 Intermediate levels
    - Chief Accountant qualification and registered
    - Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent accounting knowledge
    - 5 years or more of accounting experience

    <Prefer>
    - Have experience working as a Chief Accountant.
    - Have knowledge and experience about IFRS.
    - Experience in working at start-up foreign company and take a part in a new business launching.
