1. Chiến lược bán hàng và phát triển kinh doanh:• Phát triển và triển khai chiến lược bán hàng toàn diện cho các sản phẩm vật tư tiêu hao nhãn khoa tại khu vực phía Bắc, phù hợp với các mục tiêu chung của công ty.• Phân tích các xu hướng thị trường, hoạt động của đối thủ cạnh tranh và nhu cầu khách hàng để xác định các cơ hội tăng trưởng trong thị trường vật tư tiêu hao nhãn khoa.• Xây dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ vững chắc với các khách hàng chủ chốt, bao gồm bệnh viện, phòng khám, trung tâm y tế và các bên liên quan khác.• Xác định cơ hội kinh doanh mới và mở rộng thị trường cho các sản phẩm vật tư tiêu hao.• Theo dõi và phân tích các chỉ số bán hàng .• Đánh giá hiệu quả bán hàng so với mục tiêu, xác định khoảng cách và phát triển các kế hoạch hành động khắc phục.• Phối hợp với các nhà phân phối triển khai chiến lược bán hàng tới các bệnh viện công lập (qua đấu thầu) và các bệnh viện, phòng khám tư nhân.2. Quan hệ khách hàng:• Tiếp cận, gặp gỡ và giới thiệu sản phẩm tới các bác sĩ, phẫu thuật viên trong các bệnh viện.• Hợp tác với các KOLs triển khai các hoạt động MKT như sự kiện, hội thảo, hội nghị ngành...• Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các nhà phân phối khi làm việc để đảm bảo sự hợp tác hiệu quả và thường xuyên trao đổi thông tin để giải quyết kịp thời các phản hồi của khách hàng.3. Đào tạo và kiến thức sản phẩm:• Duy trì hiểu biết sâu về các sản phẩm vật tư tiêu hao nhãn khoa và luôn cập nhật các tính năng, lợi ích và ứng dụng của các sản phẩm chủ đạo.• Cung cấp các buổi đào tạo và chia sẻ kiến thức sản phẩm cho các nhà phân phối..• Hỗ trợ các nhà phân phối với các buổi giới thiệu sản phẩm tới các bác sĩ, phẫu thuật viên và nhân viên y tế, nâng cao hiểu biết và cách sử dụng sản phẩm.4. Báo cáo & Quản lý hành chính:• Chuẩn bị báo cáo bán hàng hàng tuần và hàng tháng, cập nhật thị trường và phân tích đối thủ cho công ty.• Theo dõi và báo cáo các chỉ số (KPIs) • Đảm bảo tuân thủ quy trình nội bộ và cấu trúc báo cáo của công ty.• Tham gia các cuộc họp nhóm và thảo luận chiến lược khi cần.
