  【Job Summary】
  - Responsible for interpreting, and managing documents, and information of the direct manager
  
  【Main responsibilities】
  1. Assistant, support responsibilities
  - Arrange and support all administrative work for the Deputy Head of the RD department and Production
  Technical Expert.
  - Support the Deputy Head of the RD department and Production Technical Expert in professional work.
  
  2. Professional Responsibilities
  - Interpret for Deputy Head of RD department and Production Technical Expert in internal meetings and external partners.
  - Translating Japanese and English documents for R&D department when required.
  - To support in receiving documents from Company’s departments for submission to Deputy head of RD department and Production Technical Expert and distribution to related departments.
  - Support the review and implementation of training on processes and procedures related to GMP to improve compliance and operational efficiency of the R&D Department.
  - Support reporting tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
