  - Plan and forecast for customer
  - Discuss with factory for customer's request
  - Check factory's stock for customer
  - Control costs and ensure the fulfillment of assigned objectives for customer
  - Maintaining relationships with customer
  - Customer service
  - Develop new customer (Appointment & visiting)
  - Searching, establishing relationships with potential customers, expand the target market
  - Customer resource from exhibition, internet, books.
  - Report customer information through customer sheet
  - Request good list
  - Quotation completion
  - Check result quotation
  - Make sales contract
  - Customer registration
  - Request customer for payment
  - Confirm delivery time from factory
  - Announcement PIV to customer in detail
  - Request B/L, Packing list, CO from factory
  - Inform to customer
  - Suggest customer to pay all balance
  - Report to Manager
  - Other tasks assinged by Manager
