  1. Supplier Selection
  Choose reliable suppliers based on criteria such as quality, price, delivery time, and past transaction history.
  2. Quality Control
  Ensure that the quality of the materials and components meets the company’s standards, maintaining product quality.
  3. Ensuring Proper Quantities
  Secure the necessary quantities based on production plans. Prevent overstocking or shortages by conducting demand forecasting and inventory management.
  4. Delivery Schedule Management
  Manage supplier delivery timelines according to the production schedule. Set appropriate delivery dates and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
  5. Price Negotiation and Determination
  Research prices and negotiate to ensure cost optimization, establishing appropriate pricing with suppliers.
  6. Procurement of Materials for New Products and Cost Management
  Facilitate cost discussions with the sales department and coordinate between development and manufacturing teams, ensuring quality, productivity, and timely delivery.
