  You will conduct the "structural design" for a new two-story wooden custom house built using traditional post-and-beam construction methods in Japan.
  
  【Job description (details)】
  (1) Check the control chart, confirm the schedule for the property you are in charge of, and make a plan on how to proceed with the property you will do today.
  (2) After receiving drawings and documents from the base, store them in the company folder, check the contents, confirm whether there are any missing documents or drawings, and summarize questions to the base.
  (3) Perform allowable stress calculations for the superstructure, prepare drawings of changes from the structural plans and sub-drawings, and send them to the base with the structural design checklist as an intermediate check before calculating the foundation.
  (4) Calculate the exterior skin and primary energy, and confirm that the building can be built according to the finish list.
  (5) Proceed with the foundation calculations, conduct a separate Excel study of wind-resistant beams and lifts, and complete the calculation sheet and drawings such as structural drawings.
  (6)When all the preparation is finished, self-check and then have a senior staff member do a secondary check.
  (7)Modify the ckb while understanding the meaning
  (8)After completing the revisions, submit to the review organization.
  (9)Address questions and answers from the review organization, have them drafted, and submit the reviewed documents to the base
  
  【Specific Daily Workflow】
  Morning meeting and MTG for each team
  　　8:00 - 12:00 Structural calculations are performed (3-4 properties per month by experienced staff)
  　　12:00-13:00 Lunch break
  　　13:00-17:00 Perform structural calculations (3-4 properties per month for experienced workers)
  　　*One hour of regular team MTG is held once a week.
  　　In addition to design work, we may also create manuals, instruct newcomers, create documents, assist senior staff, and perform other miscellaneous duties.
