  【Job Details】
  - Manage and lead the Sales Development Department, ensuring efficient and effective customer service.
  - Engage in direct negotiations and discussions with the American representative based on specifications from the American headquarters.
  - Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns and providing timely resolutions.
  - Supervise and mentor a team of 4 members.
  - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and adherence to client requirements.
  - Report regularly to senior management on department performance and client interactions.
