  【Job Summary】
  - Responsible for Implementing improvement follow-ups for abnormal quality issues that arise with customers in the division, communicating with foreign and client customers to collect compensation information, and urging the relevant quality responsible parties to provide improvement reports. This ensures the completion of the quality issue improvement loop, assisting the department in better quality control, enhancing product quality, and reducing customer complaint rates.
  
  【Main responsibilities】
  - Assessment and Determination of Abnormal Raw Materials: Participate in the assessment of abnormal raw materials and reach a determination conclusion.
  - Communication of Customer Complaint Information: Follow up on handling product quality issues related to customers in the division, respond to overseas customer complaint emails, and communicate with clients to gather detailed complaint information to facilitate internal quality improvement plans.
  - Feedback and Traceability of Quality Complaint Issues: Analyze and output complaint forms to the quality management department regarding quality issues from complaints, trace quality improvement plans, and ensure the implementation of improvement plans.
  - Quality Control Process and Planning Development: Develop quality control processes for the governed modules and quality work planning.
  - On-Site Inspection and Output of Quality Improvement Reports: Inspect the quality status of product production on-site, promptly communicate and improve any identified quality issues, and output improvement reports.
