  【Job Summary】
  - Responsible for Lean management activities.
  
  【Main responsibilities】
  1. Lean Management:
  - Accept and decompose factory indicators (labor efficiency, workforce reduction, cost reduction, quality improvement, etc.), and evaluate results.
  - Manage the progress of improvement projects in the factory and report on them.
  - Plan and implement internal logistics (logistics pathways & standardization of logistics tools) in the factory.
  - Establish three-year, one-year, and monthly improvement maps centered on value streams.
  - Promote local efficiency and breakthroughs on-site through weekly KBS improvement meetings.
  
  2. Equipment Management:
  - Ensure that the equipment availability meets standards, reduce the frequency of equipment and safety incidents, and lower repair costs.
  - Responsible for the development and in-house manufacturing of equipment based on actual production needs and requirements from various units.
  - Establish equipment ledgers and create equipment operating procedures.
  - Manage safety for special equipment, including usage, inspection, maintenance, and disposal.
  - Responsible for the repair work of company equipment, ensuring smooth production processes.
