【業務内容】
・駐在員との連携による資料作成やデータ整理
・クライアントへのメール対応、電話対応
・契約書や見積書の作成サポート
・営業に関わる各種報告書や資料の準備
・受注情報の入力、更新、管理
・納期確認や調整
・請求書や納品書の発行・管理
・売上データの集計、月次レポート作成
・顧客情報やプロジェクトの進捗状況の管理
・イベントやミーティングのスケジュール調整、準備
・各種資料のファイリングや事務所管理
・その他、業務を円滑に進めるためのサポート業務
