  One of our clients, the amusement company, is looking for a Distribution Manager
  
  * The main Job responsibility is to manage and enhance relationships with cinema partners and oversee the film distribution process.
  
  【Job details】
  - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Cinema Managers and Programming departments of cinemas and cinema chains.
  - Negotiate booking terms such as rate cards, number of screenings, and other conditions to maximize mutual benefits.
  - Act as the primary point of contact between the company and cinemas, resolving any issues related to the film release process.
  - Collaborate with cinemas and external partners to ensure smooth distribution and screening of films.
  - Monitor, track, and evaluate the progress of film distribution to cinemas.
  - Adjust strategies as necessary to optimize screening schedules and ensure cinemas achieve maximum effectiveness.
  - Update distribution status and prepare detailed reports for relevant departments.
  - Analyze film screening performance, revenue, and key performance indicators to provide actionable insights.
  - Other tasks assigned by a manager.
