【Job Summary】- Responsible for Importation Program Lead, Launch Readiness Lead & Alliance 【Job Summary】1. Launch Readiness Lead- Create and propose the Medical Plan: Vision, Objectives, Strategies, and Budget/Action Plan/for the oncology product portfolio and submit it to the direct supervisor for approval.- Manage to gather, update, and provide medical and product knowledge and relevant policies & regulations information for internal/ external stakeholders. Inform and coach relevant policies & regulations relating to oncology products & customers efficiently and timely to ensure their strict implementation and solve their daily operational issues as deemed necessary.- Visit opinion leaders/customers to gather market/medical information and maintain good relationships.- Formulate a prelaunch medical plan, and assess market requirements to finalize commercial assessment of assigned oncology products.- Establish launch readiness project in the company for oncology products through effective communication and working relationships across functions.- Performs other duties or special projects as assigned or directed3.
